The company will be making its own TVs at the show.

Black Friday Tech Deals: Review of the Best Deals on Screens, Speakers and Chargers from Amazon, Target, and Best Buy

Black Friday is for a short period of time, but it does not mean that retailers such as Best Buy don’t get a head start on holiday savings. You can check out these amazing deals on everything from tablets to portable speakers, washing machines and more now that it’s the best time to buy tech.

We sifted through the hundreds of markdowns in this sale and found 20 of the best, including deals on our best tested products and wish list essentials. If you are interested in the other online savings, be sure to check out our picks below.

The display needs to be shown off like art. The new 55-inch Frame TV is on sale for over $1,000 at Amazon or Target. If you want to dress up your living space a bit, you can use this TV as a backdrop since you can display artwork on the matt display while it is not in use. The latest Frame uses an anti-glare screen that makes the available art pieces to display look much more convincing and less reflective than the previous generation. It can be easily mounted to a wall and it’s on a box that hides the ports from sight.

You can definitely buy a much better dedicated TV and purpose-built monitor, but if you don’t have the room or budget for both, the M8 is a fine compromise for handling both purposes. Take a look at our review.

The Frame supports 4K resolution at 120Hz, though its other specs are mostly in the “ok” department. It lacks local dimming for example. But if you care more about interior design than TV specs, this is probably your best bet, for now at least. Amazon’s new Fire TV Omni is clearly aiming at the same crowd. Read our eyes-on impressions.

The Kindle Paperwhite: A Low-Furning, Low-Interesting, Long-Period and High-Performance Reading Option

The latest ad-supported Kindle Paperwhite is about 40 percent less expensive than a new model currently sells for, so you can get it for $82.94 if you need it. This saves you $40, and it’s $10 cheaper than Amazon’s own refurbished model. Though, the one on sale at Woot is listed as being in “very good” condition and comes with a 90-day warranty, whereas the Amazon refurb includes a one-year warranty.

The Paperwhite is an upgrade over the generation that came before it, with a bigger 6.8-inch display, and a long battery life, even with frequent use. It is important to know that you have the option to remove the ads later for $20 if you don’t like them. The Paperwhite is a really good reading option that doesn’t break the bank and the upcomingKindle Scribe, with its included stylus and much higher price, seems intriguing. We recommend you to read our review.

A loud auto-emptying robot vacuum that is long on features and short on style but comes at a real bargain. The Shark AI’s slimline bin / dock doesn’t use bags, which is a bonus. But don’t be fooled by the AI in the name — it can only avoid objects if they’re over four inches tall.

Sale Deals for Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy S8 Ultra, and Flip4 at Amazon & Other Online Retail Stores in Oct. 24

The Fold4 is a device for people who want to live on the edge of technology. You can open this device and get a large screen that is great for multitasking, watching your favorite show in bed, and more. Close it and you can still access normal phone functions on the exterior screen. It’s a small device but it’s a sacrifice that you have to make for all that tech. This offer is also available at Amazon.

I miss the dramatics of physically hanging up a phone at the end of a conversation. The Flip4 is a great device for that moment when you want to shut the phone down. It looks like a phone, but it folds in half to become a small device in your bag or pocket. You can end calls by closing the device.

Want to spend as little as possible? You can usually find a good price for the SamsungGalaxy A53 5G at this time of the year, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a good deal. It’s got a good camera and a good screen, but less than a day of battery life. Plus, it will be supported with four OS updates and five years of security updates. It’s rare for a phone at that price.

The Tab S8 Ultra is a more complete, extra-powerful version of the Tab. It has all of the high-end specifications, like a 120-Hz screen refresh rate, and is massive, with a 14.6-inch AMOLED screen. It has a lot of power because the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is inside. You can get some light work done with Samsung’s DeX mode. There are some quirks to the device, but that will be fixed by the end of the year and the machine will get better with time. This deal is also available at other online retailers.

Most people should use the Tab S8+ despite the S8 Ultra being overkill. It has the same features as the pricier sibling, such as a large 12.3-inch screen and many of the same specifications. This is the large-screen iPad Pro alternative. The deal is also available at Amazon.

A Deal on a 65-inch Frame TV: The Ultimate Roku/CNN Coverage Hub for the Best of CES 2023

HW-Q90B is a bad name for a product, but it is an amazing soundbar that WIRED recommends. Clear dialog and crisp music can be heard in a room with the wireless Bose Atmos sound. It’s like a traditional home theater setup without all the complications.

It may sound vain, but the QN900B is very pretty. The screen is very thin and you get an uncompromising visual spectacle. With its 8K resolution, you’re getting the most detailed, colorful picture and the highest quality processing available. The only downsides: Samsung’s interface isn’t great, and there’s not much 8K content to consume … yet. This deal is available at other places as well.

CNN Underscored will be bringing you the best of CES 2023 all week. Be sure to check out our CES 2023 coverage hub for hands-on previews of the biggest tech this year straight from the show floor.

Roku has long been known for its simple, well-designed streaming software. And in addition to its plug-and-play streaming devices, you can also get the Roku OS with one of its internet-connected TVs made by other well-known companies, like TCL, Philips and the Walmart brand Onn.

The HD Roku Select and more premium 4K Roku Plus Series TVs will come in 11 models, from 24 to 75 inches, but the real focus here will be on value, with prices ranging from a measly $119 to just less than $1,000. The Plus Series has been upgraded to a Roku Voice Remote Pro, with the addition of voice-controlled remotes for all the new TVs.

With the emphasis on lower prices, the takeaway here may be value over picture quality. However, for those looking for an easy and cheaper way to stream their favorite shows and movies, you may want to wait for these new Roku TVs to ship this spring before you buy.

If you are looking for a great QLED TV that does not look like your average TV, this deal on a 65-inch model of 2022 Frame TV is worth checking out. Normally $1,999.99, Best Buy and Samsung have discounted the 65-inch Frame to $1,599.99, matching its lowest price ever. What makes Samsung’s Frame TV interesting is its matte, anti-reflective screen. Not only does it defeat glare, but it makes the paintings look realistic. This TV has an art mode that turns it into a conversation starter, when it senses motion in the room.

The 41mm GPS configuration of the Apple Watch Series 8 is currently discounted to $349 at Walmart and Best Buy (normally $399). The Series 8 isn’t very different from the Apple Watch Series 7, but it still offers helpful new features like crash detection and menstrual tracking. If you use low-power mode, it will help to keep your device running for a bit longer and you won’t need to top off Series 8 every day. $50 off isn’t a huge discount, but if you’re looking for Apple’s newest and greatest Wearable, you’re not going to find a better price. Roku’s Streambar: A Low Cost Soundbar for Streaming TVs and 4K HDR playback with Roku

Roku’s Streambar is an inexpensive soundbar that will improve upon your TV’s built-in speakers with better voice clarity and overall sound. It doubles as a Roku streaming device as well, meaning it can run the company’s popular software and supports 4K HDR playback.
